DIRECTIONS
Step 1 For preparing jackfruit/chakka dosa, first soak rice in water and grind it. Step 2 Grind coconut, wheat flour, jackfruit flesh and jaggery. Step 3 Add to the rice mixture. Step 4 Keep aside for 8 hours. Step 5 Make dosa from it. Step 6 Jackfruit/chakka dosa is ready.
