You can either meet me personally or You can just fill a simple online form to get all the required details from you. This will help in offering a highly customized plan for you. I will need to carry out detailed assessment and see your lab investigations , After assessing your personal challenges to weight management, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Your dietary habits will be tracked daily over WhatsApp/Mobile to ensure that you are eating as per plan and to make the plan flexible as per your circumstances.
