How do I request an appointment?
Choose a plan on the pricing page or contact the clinic on WhatsApp at +91 7208660987. The team will confirm availability and the next steps. An enquiry alone is not a confirmed appointment.
How much does a consultation cost?
KYB body screening costs ₹800. A single nutrition consultation costs ₹2,599. Monthly plans start at ₹3,999. Screening does not include a diet chart or ongoing support. See the pricing page for all plans and additional visit charges.
Where is the clinic and when is it open?
7, Moore Road, off Coles Road, Frazer Town, Bengaluru 560005. Daily, 9:00 AM–10:00 PM IST. By confirmed appointment; holiday hours may differ.
Can I consult online?
Online nutrition consultations are available. Body composition testing requires an in-clinic visit; a video consultation does not include a remote equivalent of that measurement.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Care is personalised and outcomes vary. Patient stories describe individual experiences and do not establish an expected result for everyone.
What are the refund and rescheduling terms?
For new bookings from 19 October 2026: single consultations and 1-month plans are non-refundable after the first consultation. For an approved cancellation of a multi-month plan, the refund is the amount paid minus ₹2,000 for each completed week of care, with a minimum refund of ₹0. Example: ₹10,799 paid minus 3 completed weeks × ₹2,000 = ₹4,799 refund. Request rescheduling at least 24 hours before your appointment. If the clinic cancels, you may choose rescheduling or a full refund. Terms already agreed for existing bookings remain unchanged; applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
